If your copyrighted content has been posted here without permission, you may file a notice and we will review it carefully.

How to Submit a Notice

A valid DMCA notice must include the following information:

1. Your identification
   Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
2. Details of your work
   Describe the copyrighted material in question. If multiple works are affected, you may list them together.
3. Location of the infringing content
   Provide the exact URL(s) on fuckmachinetube where the material appears.
4. Good faith statement
   Declare that you believe the use of the material is unauthorized by you, your representative, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement
   Confirm, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provide is true and that you are the rights holder or authorized agent.
6. Signature
   A physical or electronic signature. Typing your full legal name is acceptable for electronic submissions.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe material was taken down in error, you may file a counter-notice via our contact form. Your counter-notice must contain:

1. Your complete contact details.
2. Identification of the material removed and its location prior to removal on fuckmachinetube.
3. A sworn statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where fuckmachinetube operates) and acceptance of service of process from the complainant.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Content may be restored within 10 business days after a proper counter-notice is received, unless we are informed that legal action has been filed.

Repeat Infringement

Users who consistently violate copyright law may have their accounts suspended or terminated. Infringing content may also be removed at any time without prior warning.

False Claims Warning
